This conservatory was remodeled to with an open and contemporary design. Hardscaping was done to perfect the appearance and make a relaxing place to socialize. The indoor art display shelves were custom built units designed by Bryhn Design/Build in NJ.
A relaxing place with “mountain escape feels” WITHOUT the commute. The outdoor living space is perfect for parties and other social activities. The design was consistent throughout the home, rustic, cozy and unique features such as the fold out Murphy bed.
This is a traditional style kitchen with custom cherry cabinets, large island and pantry. The custom cabinets from Bryhn are spacious, functional and gorgeous. Lighting design helps to illuminate and showcase the design and makes the kitchen feel like home.
Handicap Accessible Home Transformation
Watch this episode of George to the Rescue featuring Bryhn Design/Build.
Bryhn Design/Build partnered with NBC’s George to the Rescue to transform this Raritan Township family’s home; making it handicap accessible for their son with cerebral palsy.
The first floor was converted into a no-threashold and level floor which enabled their son to maneuver throughout the house with ease. A custom built kitchen island with a wheel-chair level countertop surface so that he can join the family for meals.
Living in a two-story home can be difficult if you have any type of physical mobility limitation. We installed this home elevator to assist the homeowner in maneuvering his home. Installing a home elevator can be difficult, thankfully the Bryhn team has the expertise to do this.
This master suite was carefully planned to eliminate unnecessary transitions between bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closets with a seamless floor plan. A huge walk-in “him & her” closet will give the homeowner all of the space they need to neatly store their clothes.
A new floor plan allowed for a larger island with seating for six. Custom lighting and larger windows flood the room with light and warmth. Ample counter space gives the homeowner plenty of space for food preparation while creating something delicious for dinner.
A bright, farmhouse-styled kitchen with a painted blue accenting island, custom bench, and office work station. The room transitions nicely into a small breakfast area and a custom bench seat which is an attractive, functional accent to the cabinets and walls.
This rancher was transformed into a modern craftsman-style galley kitchen/family room combination space. The hardwood floors help to create a better flow between the two rooms. Outside, the front porch was updated and the roof was re-shingled.
This kitchen was transformed from outdated to a more contemporary design. The larger island can accommodate guests as well as the chef. The custom shaker-style, white cabinets provide ample storage and the larger windows allow natural light to flood the room.
