Lead/Trim Carpenter – Flemington, NJ

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute various carpentry tasks, ensuring top-level craftsmanship on custom home projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform tasks like framing, cabinetry, and trim work.
- Lead a team of carpenters, ensuring efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to align on project specs.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets company standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring tools and workspace are in good order.
Requirements:
- Extensive carpentry experience, including leadership roles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
