We are looking for remodeling craftsman.
Bryhn Design/Build is seeking a detail-oriented Production Estimator & Data Specialist for our office in Hunterdon County. This is a technical position focused on the precision of project development. We need someone who can take a set of architectural plans and break them down into an accurate, line-item budget.
This role is for an analytical professional who prefers focused, data-driven work over the typical disorder of a construction office.

- Accuracy: You notice technical gaps or missing dimensions that others might overlook.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of residential building trades, materials, and construction methods.
- Consistency: You provide reliable data that the production team can trust during construction.
- Local Residency: Ability to work in person at our office in Flemington, NJ.

Position Responsibilities
- Material Take-offs: Use software to calculate exact quantities for framing, roofing, finishes, and other building materials.
- Cost Analysis: Convert design selections into firm numbers to ensure projects are financially viable before production begins.
- Price Management: Update labor and material databases to stay current with market changes.
- Plan Review: Catch technical errors or omissions in draft plans before they reach the field.
- Vendor Coordination: Contact suppliers and subcontractors to secure firm quotes on specific project components.

- This is not a sales or lead-generation position.
- This is not a field-based site supervision role.
- This is not a general office or receptionist position.
