We are looking for remodeling craftsman.
Production Manager
Bryhn Design Build is seeking a goal-oriented Production Manager to lead the production of an established Design/Build Remodeling company with a strong reputation. This role is ideal for either:
- A seasoned construction professional with extensive residential experience ready to lead a team, or
- A proven operations/management leader (not necessarily from construction) with exceptional organizational and leadership skills who can drive results and manage the production team without needing to perform technical trade work.

Knowledge and Understanding Of (if from construction background):
- Residential construction and remodeling practices
- Building trades and production sequencing
- Construction techniques, tools, equipment, and materials
- Building codes, inspection processes, and quality control
- Plans, specifications, and contracts
Or (if from general management background):
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record managing teams, schedules, and budgets in complex projects
- Ability to drive accountability and performance without needing to perform trade-specific tasks
Requirements
- Valid work permit (USA)
- Local residency within 30 minutes of Flemington, NJ

Position Responsibilities
- Take charge of production to keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the production team with a firm but supportive leadership style
- Support achievement of production goals using company best practices
- Provide regular project updates, schedules, change order requests, and documentation via BuilderTrend
- Oversee job progress, profitability, and forecasting for new projects
- Manage subcontractors and assist lead carpenters as needed
- Ensure the company’s image is reflected in the professionalism of the team and job sites
- Dispense project punch lists and warranty work
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed for overall company success
Job Type: Full-time
