Bryhn Design/Build is seeking a proactive, capable Residential Designer/Coordinator to join our team in Hunterdon County. We’re looking for someone with the drive to own a project and the technical skill to produce accurate work. We value teammates who can move a project forward independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

- Construction Literacy: You understand how a house is put together. You can look at a detail and understand the structural and sequential logic behind it.
- Organized Execution: Comfortable managing project data, permit packages, and schedules with precision.
Requirements
- Competency: You have a portfolio or body of work that demonstrates you know your way around a residential set of plans.
- Reliability: You are consistent, professional, and committed to the success of the project and the team.
- Local Residency: Ability to commute to our office in Flemington, NJ and navigate local townships for permit-related tasks.

Position Responsibilities
- Drafting & Design: Develop and revise construction documents, ensuring they are accurate, buildable, and code-compliant.
- Project Logistics: Manage the documentation flow, including permit submittals, material specifications, and project updates.
- Field Support: Conduct site measurements and coordinate with the production team to ensure design intent is executed correctly in the field.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for specific project phases, ensuring timelines are met and quality is maintained.
