The homeowner wanted to open up the hallway space and reconfigure the bathroom and mud room layout.
The homeowner had many ideas for the renovation. After discussing the homeowners wants and needs, we drafted a few custom floor plans. Ultimately, the homeowner decided to take the option that they didn’t even know was possible – before our designs we presented.
We reconfigured the floor plan to allow the once dual-entry bathroom to be a full bathroom directly connected to the ground floor bedroom. We added a powder room and enhanced the stairway landing and mud room entryway.
