Equipped with large bay doors, it features both retractable screens to keep bugs out during the warmer months and hurricane-rated canvas siding to shield against rain, wind, and cold weather. It even adds a layer of overnight security.
For those crisp winter gatherings, we installed a real wood-burning fireplace and overhead ceiling heat lamps. While it’s not designed for full-time heating, this homeowner has comfortably hosted parties out here in January—and of course, all summer long.
